A healthy, crunchy snack made with minimal oil and packed with seeds, grains, and nuts. Suitable for daily consumption and can also be prepared as a zero-oil option.

Ingredients

  1. Mota Poha – 250 g
  2. Puffed Rice – 100 g
  3. Raw Peanuts – 150 g
  4. Peanuts – 100 g
  5. Sunflower Seeds – 100 g
  6. Pumpkin Seeds – 100 g
  7. Roasted Chana – 100 g
  8. Corn Flakes – 100 g
  9. Jowar Puffs – 100 g
  10. Curry Leaves – 40 g
  11. Coconut Flakes – 100 g
  12. Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
  13. Salt – as required
  14. Hing – pinch
  15. Turmeric Powder – as required
  16. Chaat Masala – as required

Method

  1. Heat the mustard oil add hing, turmeric.
  2. Dry roast the Mota Pohao low flame. sprinkle salt
  3. Repeat same process and dry roast puffed rice in the same manner.
  4. Dry roast raw peanuts separately until crunchy.
  5. Similarly dry roast sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, corn flakes, and jowar puffs one by one.
  6. Wash curry leaves thoroughly, pat them dry, and roast them using a little oil until crisp.
  7. Combine all roasted ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add Chaat masala as per teaste.
  8. Allow the mixture to cool completely before storing.

You can enrich the mix by adding roasted almonds, cashews, fox nuts (makhana), or other nuts. If one or two ingredients are unavailable, feel free to skip them.
